Hi! We are the Videatur Film Collective, created by queer and BIPOC women in film. Our mission is to create and foster an inclusive platform, and new opportunities, for underrepresented QTBIPOC youths entering the Toronto film industry.

Videatur (name origin):

From the Latin word for “To Be Seen”.

We chose this as our collective name in an effort to reflect our goal of providing professional and creative opportunities for marginalized youth filmmakers in Toronto. In turn, we hope to witness the growth of opportunities for previously untold and unseen stories to be made on film.
